These app-specific terms apply to your use of the Expense Manager app and supplement our company-wide Singnet Terms of Service. Where they conflict, the app-specific terms below govern for Expense Manager.
1. Your data is informational
Expense Manager is a personal record-keeping tool. Summaries, budgets, and reports are provided for your convenience and are not financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you create.
2. No banking connection
[Confirm] The app does not connect to your bank or initiate payments; it records data you enter. If this changes, these terms and the privacy notice must be updated accordingly.
3. Acceptable use, IP, disclaimers & liability
These apply across all Singnet products and are set out in the company Terms of Service, including acceptable use, intellectual property, suspension/termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
