SchoolOS Privacy Notice

Last updated: 15 June 2026  ·  Effective: 15 June 2026

This notice describes the data the SchoolOS app collects and how it is used. It supplements our company-wide Singnet Privacy Policy, which covers data security, your rights, retention, international transfers, and contact details — please read both together.

SchoolOS is an educational management app used by coaching institutes and schools to manage enrolment, attendance, exams, fees, and announcements. It is multi-tenant: each institute controls the academic data of its own students and staff (the institute is the data controller; we act as processor on its behalf).

Summary: We collect your profile and the academic records (attendance, exams, fees) tied to your institute account. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
